1. Micro-Hourly Usage & Billing Prorating

All virtual servers on goonhost.rocks are billed on a micro-hourly basis ($1.00 per 730 hours). When you destroy a virtual machine, hourly charges immediately stop. Unused account balance remains available in your account for future deployments and never expires.

2. CryptoBot Balance Refunds

Due to the non-reversible nature of blockchain transactions and Telegram CryptoBot payments, the following refund rules apply:

• Unused Account Balance: Unused account balance deposited within 7 days may be refunded via Telegram @CryptoBot transfer, minus network transaction gas fees.
• Used Server Hours: Server hours already consumed during active VM operation are non-refundable lil bro.
• Blockchain Network Fees: Third-party crypto network processing fees (e.g. TON, BTC, ETH, SOL gas fees) are non-refundable.

3. AUP Violations & Account Termination

If your goy gets nuked for running botnets, DDoS attacks, or malware hosting, your remaining balance is forfeited and you are ineligible for refunds.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a manual balance refund via Telegram CryptoBot transfer, please submit a support ticket via our official contact channels with your registered email and CryptoBot user ID.
